What we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, plan and usage counters.
• Usage data: the keywords, listing IDs and shop names you search, your saved lists, tracked competitors and keywords, credit logs.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
• Etsy shop data (optional): if you connect your shop via Etsy OAuth, we store access tokens and read the data covered by the scopes you approve (shop, listings, transactions) to show you your analytics. We do not sell or share it.
• Chrome extension: the extension sends the current Etsy page URL and your API token to your Rank Alfa server only. It stores the token in Chrome's sync storage and reads nothing else from the page.
• Technical: IP address, browser and error logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide the Service, enforce plan limits, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, alerts and the optional weekly digest), improve the product and prevent abuse. We don't sell personal data and we don't show ads.

Third parties

• Etsy, Inc. — public marketplace data via the Etsy Open API, subject to Etsy's policies.
• Stripe — payments.
• AI provider (e.g. DeepSeek or OpenAI) — receives the product description and keyword you submit to the AI tools, nothing else.
• Google — if Google Ads Keyword Planner is enabled, keywords you research are sent to Google's API.
• Email delivery and error monitoring providers as needed to operate the Service.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a CSRF cookie for security. No advertising cookies.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Etsy API data is cached for at most 5 hours (listings) or 15 minutes (shops) then refreshed, in line with Etsy's data-retention rules; daily shop and rank snapshots are kept as history for your tracking features. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing support@example.com. You can disconnect your Etsy shop, revoke API tokens and unsubscribe from the digest in Settings.

Security

Passwords are hashed, API tokens are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and Etsy tokens are stored server-side only.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
