Try before you pay

Every account starts on a free plan with daily credits, so you can test every tool before subscribing.

Monthly plans

Monthly subscriptions are not refunded once the billing period has started, except where required by law. Cancel any time and you keep access until the period ends; you won't be charged again.

Yearly plans

If you cancel within 14 days of your first yearly payment and have used fewer than 200 credits in that time, we'll refund the payment in full. After 14 days, yearly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to stop renewal.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Service problems

If the Service was unavailable for a significant part of your billing period because of us, contact us and we'll credit or refund proportionally.

How to request

Email support@example.com from your account email with your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
